The Lourie Family (by kristie)

Last month I had the pleasure of donating my photography services to a United Way auction... and am very happy the Lourie Family put in the top bid! They were so much fun to photograph. We had a blast exploring all over Francis Park, playing ring around the rosie, throwing leaves and swinging. This was very hard to narrow down, so here are quite a few of my favorites...

Kristin & Jeremy Nov 10th (by liz)

The fall colors seem to be lasting longer than most people predicted and the fall weddings are very much THE thing to do! Yet another beautiful day in St. Louis in November for Kristin & Jeremy. The ceremony took place at Holy Cross Lutheran Church and the reception at the Marriott in Maryville Center. I was able to sit down and grab a bite to eat with Amanda & Wally whose wedding Kristie and I shot a couple of years ago (it's always nice to see old friends.) Kristin has good taste in music - her and her father danced to the same song my father and I did a year ago and it still brings tears to my eyes. It's rather difficult to take photos when your eyes tear up. :) Enjoy the photos!

Kelly & Andy November 3rd (by liz)

For those of you who don't know, my husband and I were married exactly one year ago today. So when asked about shooting a wedding on our anniversary, it had to be a pretty cool couple to fit the bill. Kelly and Andy picked my favorite weekend of the year and did my favorite thing...they went for an "outside of the lines" type wedding at St. Louis City Hall. And I must mention that they set a record in my book - by far the shortest wedding ceremony I've shot to date! Their easy going, laid back attitudes made the day a breeze...the guys and I even got to have a non-chalant converstion with Mayor Francis Slay who just happened to be working on a Saturday (who knew?) Enjoy the pics!
